Team Time: Any time between Friday, December 6th and Thursday, December 12th. Each shopper will be provided with a list of children including their ages and current likes (if available). All gift purchases are submitted for reimbursement.
Team Time: Friday, December 13th, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Saturday, December 14th, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. This team is responsible to set up for the Friday activities, clean up through-out the event, break down cardboard boxes and do a Garbage/Recycling run at the end.
Team Time: Planned for Friday, December 13th, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. This team will wrap the gifts that have been purchased, making the presentation part of the gift. All wrapping paper, bows, ribbon and tape is provided.
Team Time: Saturday, December 14th, 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM. This team will sort the food on to the tables and then pack the hampers.
Team Time: Saturday, December 14th, 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM. This team will be the face of Hands of Hope as each delivery group delivers hampers and gifts to the homes of our recipients. You have to be actively attending Impact Church (or partnered with someone who attends Impact) to be part of this team.
